North Precinct detectives are working to identify two men who shot a man early Sunday morning after an argument involving his girlfriend at the Kwik Sak at 2012 South Hamilton Road.

The couple parked outside the Kwik Sak at 2 a.m. While the woman was inside the store, she got into an argument with one of the suspects. As she walked back to her car, he placed a stun gun on her neck and fired. She managed to return to her car and the couple quickly drove off. The men pursued the victim’s in a green late-90s Lincoln Town Car. They fired several shots at the fleeing couple. The woman’s boyfriend was struck in the neck. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he was treated and released.

The suspects are described as black men in their 20s. The suspect who shot the woman with a stun gun is approximately 5’6” tall with a slight build. The second suspect is approximately 5’11” tall with a medium build.
