South Precinct detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating convicted armed robber and parolee Billy Frank Garrett, Jr., who has been identified as one of two men who held-up the CVS Pharmacy at 735 Harding Place on the night of April 27th.

At 11:30 p.m., Garrett, 42, and an accomplice entered the store, went behind the counter, and began stealing cartons of cigarettes. When one of the employees went to stop them, the suspect identified as Garrett pulled a knife and told the employee to back away.
