
Metro Police and the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the woman who robbed the US Bank’s 4045 Nolensville Pike branch Wednesday morning.
The woman approached the teller at 10 a.m., presented a robbery demand note, and displayed a handgun in her waist band.
The suspect is described as a black woman who is approximately 5’6” tall with a slender build. She entered the bank this morning wearing eye glasses, a black coat, a black knit hat over a red scarf, and yellow gloves. She fled on foot.
Anyone with information about the bank robbery is urged to contact the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force at 232-7500 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
