Suspected serial robber Billy Dwayne Adams surrendered himself to South Precinct officers Sunday morning and is being held in lieu of $350,000 bond.
Adams telephoned police, said that he was at a home on Saindon Street in Woodbine, and wanted to give up.
Adams, 32, is charged with three counts of aggravated robbery and one count of robbery for holdups at these businesses:
