
Hermitage Precinct detectives this morning are continuing to pursue leads in Saturday night’s shooting death of Heather Lynn Silas at 707 Linden Green. Numerous rounds were fired into the residence at 10:25 p.m. Silas, 22, was hit in the back and died at the scene. Her boyfriend, Aaron Paul Dixon, 23, was hit in the arm. He was treated and released at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Detectives believe the home was specifically targeted and are working to confirm the motive.
