
North Precinct detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who robbed two businesses this month.
The suspect entered the Wal-Mart at 109 Gallatin Pike yesterday afternoon. He approached a cashier, indicated he had a weapon, and took money from the register.
On March 2nd he robbed the Cracker Barrel Restaurant at 235 Long Hollow Pike. He entered the business at 3:30 p.m., again indicated he had a weapon, and robbed the cashier.
A white Chevrolet Impala was the getaway car in both robberies.
The suspect is described as a white man with gray hair who is in his 50s. He is approximately 5’10” tall and weighs approximately 220 pounds.
