Warrants Division officers this afternoon apprehended the fifth and final suspect wanted for the January 21st murder of Billy Jack Shane Tuders outside a carwash on Clarksville Pike.
A citizen’s tip led Officers Chuck Hagar and Mark Mittermeier to the 500 block of 8th Avenue South where Robert Nelson Buford, III, was standing on a sidewalk. He was taken into custody without incident.
Buford, 38, was indicted on a charge of felony murder Friday by the Davidson County Grand Jury. He is being held in lieu of $1 million bond.
