Alert police work by Hermitage Precinct Flex Officer Kevin Wallace led to the recovery of an unmarked police car stolen overnight from an alley near an entrance to the Domestic Violence Division building on 2nd Avenue South.
Officer Wallace spotted the 2003 Chevrolet Malibu parked in a lot near 588 Charles E. Davis Boulevard at 11:35 a.m.
It does not appear anything was stolen from the police car.
