A West Nashville café sustained extensive damage today when a Honda sedan crashed through the front of the business.
Janie Jones, 72, of Nashville, told officers that her foot slipped off the brake pedal sending her car into the Deli & Café at 95 White Bridge Road. Jones was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.
Café employee Hyo-Kyung Chon, 36, received minor injuries when the car pinned her behind a counter. She was transported to St. Thomas Hospital for treatment.
No charges were placed against Jones.
