South Precinct detectives are trying to identify the suspect in a triple shooting Monday night in the 500 block of Moore Avenue.
Terence Morrow, 24, of West Eastland Avenue, and two 17-year-old girls were outside a residence when the suspect approached them at 11 p.m. He told the victims, “You know what this is, drop everything.” But before they could comply he started shooting. Morrow and one of the teenagers suffered leg wounds. They are in stable condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The other young woman was treated and released.
Morrow, a convicted felon, has an extensive arrest history including convictions for aggravated assault and cocaine possession.
The suspect is described as a thin, black man in his late teens or early twenties. He was wearing a gray or black hooded sweatshirt that covered his face.
