Attempted murder charges against Gary Dixon will be upgraded to criminal homicide now that the man he is accused of stabbing has died.
Dixon, 48, was jailed Tuesday morning following an altercation with Larry Jackson, 49, of Lucile Street, inside an inoperable van parked behind a building in the 600 block of Dickerson Pike.
Dixon is currently being held in lieu of $102,000 dollars bond.
