A single-vehicle accident claimed the life of a Nashville man Sunday. Felipe Arciniega, 22, of Harding Place, was driving west on Linbar Drive at 4:30 p.m. when he lost control of his 1997 Chevrolet Blazer on a curve near the 4900 block of Linbar Drive. The vehicle struck a utility pole and rolled over before coming to a complete stop at 5040 Linbar Drive.
Arciniega was not wearing his safety belt and was pinned under the vehicle. He was the only occupant. Investigators say speed was the contributing factor to this fatal crash.
