The man killed in last night’s house fire at 5818 Vine Ridge Drive is identified as Roy Parker, 86.
Firefighters found Parker’s body in a hallway of the residence. He appeared to have been overcome by smoke and there was no evidence of foul play. The death will remain unclassified until an autopsy is complete.
The fire appeared to have been electrical in nature.
