Letters to the Chief of Police

Dear Chief Serpas:
I am writing to let the department know that I greatly appreciate the assistance given to me by Officer Harold M. Burke recently when my car battery died on Broadway. Officer Burke was very kind and helpful in assisting to get my car off of the road. This could have been a very frustrating situation but Officer Burke was calm and friendly. I would like to thank him and Metro Police for being so helpful and available even in non-emergency situations like this.
