This week Nashville Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $1000 cash for clues called in to 74-CRIME that help solve this robbery of the Mi Ranchilo Market on Thompson Place near Murfreesboro Road in south Nashville.

On Sunday, February 18, 2007 at approximately ten thirty that night, the employees of the Mi Ranchilo Market at 1003 Thompson Place were preparing to close for the evening and were counting the days receipts when two men came through the door with a gun drawn. One man pointed the gun at the employees while the other helped himself to the cash from the registers and counter. After getting the money the two gunmen fled on foot and were last seen running behind the O’Charley’s restaurant on Murfreesboro Road.

Both subjects were described as being male blacks in their late teens or early twenties. The one with the gun was wearing a gray sweatshirt with a long black t-shirt underneath, a dark baseball hat, denim trousers, sunglasses and a gold grille on his front teeth. The second man had on a dark sweatshirt, sunglasses and a stocking hat under the hood. The gun used looked like a World War Two era German Lugar style weapon.
