How do I check a person's criminal history in Nashville and Davidson County?

Either in person or by mail:

Criminal Justice Center
At the Metropolitan Justice Center at 200 James Robertson Parkway, in Nashville, from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, (except holidays)

Fees for Records Checks, effective July 1, 1991, are $13.00.

Cash, personal or cashier's check, or money order ONLY accepted at the Records counter.

From their site: This registry shall consist of all public information regarding persons who are required to complete a TBI sexual offender registration/monitoring form pursuant to existing legislation related to the sexual offender registry.
